Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Clayton is the Chief Operating Officer of Titan Fitness and will have responsibility for integration of acquisitions, new gym construction and gym relocations as well as oversight of the ongoing operations of the Company.

Prior to joining the Company in early 2007, Mr. Clayton was Vice President of National Operations for Gold's Gym International (GGI). He has 14 years of fitness industry experience as both a multi-gym franchisee and in his former role with GGI. Mr. Clayton played a key role in the growth of GGI from 8 to 54 gyms including oversight of a multi million dollar annual payroll budget for 2,200 employees, annual gym and corporate overhead expense budgets and capital expense budgets. Mr. Clayton led the integration process for all 29 GGI acquisitions from 1999 through 2006. Mr. Clayton also had responsibility for operational policy and procedure development, implementation and management and provided operational oversight for new store design and construction. He also oversaw the development and management of a 25-seat customer service call center. Prior to GGI, Mr. Clayton was an owner and operator of a multi-store, Gold's Gym franchise. Mr. Clayton is a graduate of Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia with a BA in Business Management.
