Chief Development Officer

Mr. Lieberman is the Chief Development Officer of Titan Fitness. In this role, he is responsible for the overall real estate strategy and planning, oversight of new gym development, negotiation and due diligence of acquisition opportunities and lease review and negotiation. Mr. Lieberman previously served as President of Foundation Partners, a real estate holding company established to acquire and develop fitness anchored real estate.

Prior to forming Foundation Partners in March 2006, Mr. Lieberman was an executive with Gold's Gym International for 6 years. As Vice President of Development he led the real estate, construction and merger and acquisition departments. At Gold's Gym International, Mr. Lieberman was responsible for site selection, lease negotiation and design of new or relocated company stores and typically managed a pipeline of 40 projects in various stages of development. His experience includes building or acquiring 2.5 million square feet of fitness centers, successfully acquiring and integrating ten companies with a total transaction value in excess of $90 million, and assisting with the sale of Gold's Gym International to TRT, a Texas based private equity fund. Mr. Lieberman has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Lehigh University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland.
